We have gathered some of the most common questions our readers may have.  For easier reference, we are including answers on this page.  Please do contact us for any additional questions you may have.

Do you have culinary education?

Nope! I do not have a culinary education. I married at 21 and became a mom at 23. So, all my experience comes from years of cooking and trial and error. Learning from my own mom and family and friends. I do hope to take some culinary courses one day, just for fun.

How many times do you make a recipe before posting?

I usually make a dish at least twice before posting. I like to make the dish the first time, draft the ingredients list and the instructions, and then follow the instructions to make the recipe the second time. Sometimes I will come up with a dish that I would like to prepare and see if it's good enough to share. I will take progress pictures just in case and if it turns out yummy, I will prepare it again and share!

How often do you post new recipes?

I try to post two times per week. But, sometimes life gets busy and I will post one recipe that week. But, it's quality over quantity!

Can I use one of your photos?

Sure! You are welcome to republish one photo on your website/blog/newsletter – please link it back to the recipe or blog post you pulled it from and also add a link to my home page at
