Do you have culinary education?

Nope! I do not have a culinary education. I married at 21 and became a mom at 23. So, all my experience comes from years of cooking and trial and error. Learning from my own mom and family and friends. I do hope to take some culinary courses one day, just for fun.

How many times do you make a recipe before posting?

I usually make a dish at least twice before posting. I like to make the dish the first time, draft the ingredients list and the instructions, and then follow the instructions to make the recipe the second time. Sometimes I will come up with a dish that I would like to prepare and see if it's good enough to share. I will take progress pictures just in case and if it turns out yummy, I will prepare it again and share!

How often do you post new recipes?

I try to post two times per week. But, sometimes lefe gets busy and I will post one recipe that week. But, it's quality over quantity!

Can I use one of your photos?

Sure! You are welcome to republish one photo on your website/blog/newsletter – please link it back to the recipe or blog post you pulled it from and also add a link to my home page at cre8athome.com.
