These Fig and Pear Prosciutto Wraps are a great party appetizer. Flavorful, aromatic, succulent, and simply delicious! They are so easy to make. In just about 10-15 minutes you'll have yourself a tasty party dish.

Of course, these appetizers are great anytime, no need to wait for a party! I made these on Sunday and then made them again the next day after work. We enjoyed them with a nice fresh Spring Vegetable and Berry Salad and barbecue chicken.

Which pears are best for the recipe:
Choose well-ripened pears. They are sweeter and juicier. They are also softer when sliced and wrapped in the prosciutto. I made these prosciutto wraps with Bosc pears and it turned out delicious!
I love using a mandoline to thinly slice the pears. The slices are nice and evenly thin! This is the one I use:

Alternatively, you can use a peeler to make thin slices. Because the slices are thinner with a peeler, make two slices per wrap.
How to prepare the Fig and Prosciutto Wraps:


- Set 1/2 slice of prosciutto on a work surface and place one thin pear slice on top. Place 1/4 of fresh fig (one fig quartered lengthwise) on top of the pear and top with several cilantro leaves.
- Roll into a wrap
- Top each wrap with crumbled feta cheese and drizzle with balsamic glaze
- Secure with a toothpick (optional)

Ingredients
- 4 slices procioutto each cut in half
- 8 thin slices pear
- 2 fresh figs quartered lengthwise
- 2-3 cilantro stems
- 1 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
- 2 teaspoons balsamic glaze for drizzling
Instructions
